Today Mama came to visit me alone because daddyG had to work late. I was awake when she came and made funny faces at her for a bit, then fell asleep when she put her hands on me. We can't do Kangaroo care right now, so this is the next best thing!
The nurse put the catheter in my head today, she told Mama that she wanted to give my hands a rest and since I had "such a nice vein" on the top of my head, she decided to put it there. Looks, a bit like a bonnet, dontcha think?
My CRP (C-reactive protein) levels are up again, which means I have another (sigh!) infection. So more antibiotics, and in the meantime, I'll just keep on keepin' on ...
